Responsible for all patient care, human resource management, and operational management in the OR, PACU, same day surgery, endoscopy suite, and pre-surgical education on a 24-hour basis. Supervise and evaluate the quality of nursing care rendered to all patients in the Surgical Services area. Perform all required elements of a management position. Implement standards and practices of the OR unit. Will be required to staff some time in the OR unit in addition to management duties. |
| QUALIFICATIONS: |
Experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years past experience in a surgery department (circulating/scrub roles). Prefer 2 years experience in a managerial/supervisory position. Must be a licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin.
