Patient-First Care
Every Patient. Every Time.
This is our commitment. We are committed to providing the safest and best possible experience for every patient who enters our clinics, our hospital, our nursing and rehab center, our medical equipment store, or who invites us into their home through Home Care or Hospice services.
Our Organizational Values reflect this commitment.
Sensible – Approach decisions in a practical way, guided by common sense.
Holistic – Focus on the patient as a whole person and not a set of symptoms.
Affordable – Bring care to all who need it.
Respectful – Treat all as we’d want to be treated.
Inspirational – Be the standard of community health and wellness.
Nurturing – Provide medical care with support and encouragement.
Genuine – Show honest concern for those we serve and passion for what we do.

Big City Expertise & Technology
The equipment, procedures, and providers you’ll find at Upland Hills Health are equal to or sometimes even superior to those you’ll find in bigger city hospitals. For example:
- Our Emergency Department is staffed by emergency medicine board-certified physicians from Madison Emergency Physicians
- We offer True Digital and 3D Mammography, in-house MRI, Stereotactic Breast Biopsies, and an innovative approach to surgical breast biopsies called Savi Scout.
- Our orthopedic surgery team uses Stryker’s Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted surgery for total joint replacements
Less Stressful Patient Experience
Patient experience is our highest concern. It can be stressful to be ill or injured or to need medical care. We’re here to take some stress off of you.
- You don’t have to travel and fight for parking to see a specialist. Many specialists see patients at Upland Hills Health.
- Experience an Emergency Department visit that’s comfortable, with much shorter wait times than you’ll find in larger settings.
- We’re committed to surgical anesthesia experiences that don’t cause undue stress. Our Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are highly skilled in airway management. They use anesthesia procedures that allow you to sleep deeply during your procedure and wake up more refreshed, with little to no chance of nausea.
