Pricing Transparency:
It’s important to understand the cost of your care, in order to plan for payment. https://www.wipricepoint.org offers patients estimates for common procedures at hospitals across the state. Many people use the site to compare pricing for procedures between hospitals.
It is required by the federal government that each hospital provide clear, available pricing information online about the services they offer in two ways:
1. As a comprehensive machine-readable file with all items and services.
2. In a display of shoppable services in a consumer-friendly format.
Upland Hills Health machine-readable and shoppable services are up to date as of March 2024.
Rates shown on the Machine-Readable File and Shoppable Services file cannot be relied on as the final set cost for services. Actual expenses can and will vary from patient to patient depending on your health care needs.
Machine-Readable Files
The federal government requires hospitals to provide a machine-readable digital file containing standard charges for all items and services provided. Click here to download Upland Hills Health 2024 charges in a machine-readable file (CSV). To the best of its knowledge and belief, this hospital has included all applicable standard charge information in accordance with the requirements of 45 C.F. R. §180.50 and the information encoded in this machine-readable file is true, accurate, and complete as of the date indicated in this file.
Shoppable Services
The federal government also requires hospitals to provide a consumer-friendly display of at minimum 300 “shoppable services” that a health care shopper can schedule in advance. To view the list of shoppable services at Upland Hills Health, click here.
