WORK out at the PLAYground
Mike Skrzypek and Casey Spangler are Athletic Trainers at Upland Hills Health. They are part of the Sports Medicine team, which serves as experts in safe, effective exercises that provide results without injury. The team also provides emergency care at area high school athletic events, runs clinics focused on increasing athletic performance while preventing injury, and rehabilitates injuries when they do occur.
Are you heading to the playground with the kids? Do you regularly pass a park on your daily walk? Why not get an extra workout and build some muscle while you’re there?
Pick 4-5 of these exercises, making sure it’s a balance of upper body, core and lower body exercises, and do a few rounds next time you’re at the park!
