Wellness opportunities for all ages and abilities

Whether you are an Upland Hills Health patient or not, we encourage everyone to take a proactive approach to health by increasing physical activity at our Fitness & Wellness Center in Dodgeville or our Fitness Center in Mineral Point. You’ll have access to cardio and circuit training equipment, free weights, personal training and a variety of fitness classes. Acupuncture services are also available. You do not need to be a member to take classes or receive acupuncture treatments.

The mission of Upland Hills Health Therapy and Wellness Center is to offer affordable wellness programming for community members of all ages and abilities.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a well-known Eastern medicine technique that uses fine needles, inserted in key areas of the skin to relieve pain. The practice can be complementary to traditional medicine and is popular for relieving headaches, sciatic pain, and tingling in extremities.

Massage

Massage is known to alleviate pain, improve blood circulation, and reduce stress. Our massage therapist offers several massage modalities to find the right fit for everyone.

Post-therapy memberships are available to individuals within 30 days of their discharge from physical therapy, at a cost of $20 per month for 2 months. Guest passes are available for $10 per visit. 1 guest per visit – guest must be over 18, must be accompanied by a member.

Membership Application and Waiver

Fitness Center Hours:

Dodgeville Fitness Center is open with special guidelines. Patients in physical therapy appointments share the Wellness Center space. To keep everyone as healthy as possible, only fully vaccinated members may use the center during daytime hours (6 am – 5:30 pm). All members may use the Wellness Center from 5:30 pm – 9 pm). Saturday – Sunday, open to all members 6 am – 9 pm. Masks and staying 6 feet apart is required. Call 608.930.7147 for details.

UHH Mineral Point Fitness Center is open 6 am- 9 pm, seven days a week.

Massage

Lynn Young, LPN, LMT has more than 30 years of experience practicing and teaching massage. Lynn is trained in many massage modalities, including neuromuscular therapy, cupping, guasha and gentle techniques such as touch for health.

30 Minute Massage = $55.00

60 Minute Massage = $85.00

90 Minute Massage = $ 115.00

(We will honor all previously issued gift certificates at face value)
