The Upland Hills Health Foundation’s mission is to solicit and administer gifts and contributions to advance healthcare and wellness to those served by Upland Hills Health.
Our vision is to build a culture of philanthropy through innovation, excellence, integrity and stewardship.
Our mission is to meet the needs of our communities. As a nonprofit hospital, we need your support to go above and beyond expectations to provide the best care for the people living in southwestern Wisconsin. Donors like you, both large and small, help us be a stronger partner in the community. We can’t thank you enough for your continued support.

Donations to the Foundation allow us to continuously advance our technology, purchase equipment, and support training at Upland Hills Health. Your gift to the Area of Greatest Need Fund will be used to ensure that people in our community have access to the health care they need, locally. You can have a direct impact on the health and well-being of our families, friends, and neighbors.

Foundation Leadership
