We didn’t have long to wait for the first baby of 2019 to arrive at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville this year!

A baby girl, Helena Lee Oellerich, was born to Katelyn Oellerich and husband Theron Oellerich of Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Baby Helena arrived on January 2nd, on Katelyn’s birthday, at 3:19 pm, weighing 9 lb. and 7 oz.

Helena joins a brother, Jack, 2 1/2. Her grandparents are Trish Johnson of Mineral Point, Wisconsin, Brad and Amy Johnson of Cobb, Wisconsin and Steve and Karen Oellerich of Mineral Point, Wisconsin.

Dr. Maria Sandgren, OB/GYN had the pleasure of caring for Katelyn throughout her pregnancy, and Family Medicine physician Dr. Rachel Hartline was the delivering physician who brought Helena into the world.

Katelyn is employed as a school psychologist at Mineral Point School District and Theron is an electrician at Dave Jones.

A generous community welcomed the 2019 New Year baby and her family with a gift of newborn supplies and gift certificates for mom and dad. Contributors include American Family Insurance – Carrie Miller Agency, Dodgeville; Cobblestone Coffee House, Dodgeville; Little Creek Press, Mineral Point; Driftless Kids, Mineral Point; Charles Collier with Rural Mutual Insurance, Dodgeville; Vintage Bloom Portrait Studio, Dodgeville; Laufenberg Masonry, Highland; Wall Whimsy, Mount Horeb; Sally Walmer with L’Bri products, Dodgeville; and Upland Hills Health, Inc.

Congratulations Katelyn, Theron and family!
