Angela Turpin Named Upland Hills Health Foundation Director

Angela Turpin, RHIT, is the new Foundation Director at Upland Hills Health Hospital and Clinics. Upland Hills Health is a nonprofit healthcare organization. The Upland Hills Health Foundation’s mission is to solicit and administer gifts and contributions to advance healthcare and wellness to those served by Upland Hills Health.

Turpin, who has been with Upland Hills Health for 5 years in the role of Director of Health Information Management, brings leadership experience as well as previous experience with fundraising events, projects and special events to her role as Foundation Director. She is also an active member of the Southwest Technical College and Blackhawk Technical College advisory boards, is actively involved with the Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative, Wisconsin Health Information Management Association, American Association of Professional Coders, HIPAA Cow, and American Health Information Management Association. Turpin will continue in her role as Director of Health Information Management as she fills the role of Foundation Director.

“I feel incredibly fortunate to be given this position,” said Turpin. “It has given me the opportunity to give back to a hospital and community that has given so much to me.” Turpin led the annual Sip & Savor event for the Foundation in 2022, which experienced its most successful year to date.
