Blume Listed on National Registry of Certified Examiners
[Dodgeville] Catherine Blume, APN has recently been certified as a Registered Medical Examiner on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration National Registry.
Blume provides a local option for complying with new requirements set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). After May 21, 2014, the FMCSA will require that motor carriers and drivers, use medical examiners on the Agency’s National Registry and will only accept valid medical examiner’s certificates issued by medical examiners listed on the National Registry located at https://www.nationalregistry.fmcsa.dot.gov. Individuals that require a physical for a Commercial Driver’s License, may make an appointment with Blume by calling Upland Hills Health –Montfort Clinic at 608-943-6308. She is qualified and listed on the National Registry.
Blume is a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and Advance Practice Nurse Prescriber at Upland Hills Health Clinics, accepting appointments Monday through Friday at Upland Hills Health Clinics in Montfort and Highland.
