Brenda Fritz and Melissa Lease Join UHH Foundation Board
The Upland Hills Health (UHH) Foundation Board recently extended invitations to Melissa Lease of Barneveld and Brenda Fritz of Mount Horeb to join the board. They both began their four-year term of service in February.
UHH Foundation Board President Andrea Potterton shared her enthusiasm in welcoming Fritz and Lease.
“Both individuals will be great assets to the Board and we are delighted with their willingness to serve,” Potterton said.
Fritz, with her husband Todd, is cofounder of Möbius Holdings, LLC providing childcare opportunities at the Academy of Little Vikings in Mount Horeb. Fritz’s childcare center in Mount Horeb received the Dane County Small Business Award in 2017.
“I consider it a privilege to support the Upland Hills organization and its outstanding employees,” Fritz commented. “Becoming a board member will allow me to be of service in projects that will have a positive impact on communities and people. It is easy to support the mission and vision of the Upland Hills Health Foundation. We are fortunate to have such an outstanding facility in rural Wisconsin that provides excellent care to several communities in the area. I am looking forward to the next four years as an Upland Hills Health Foundation board member.”
Lease is Senior Manager of Marketing and Sales at MHTC in Mount Horeb. She has served on various boards and committees that support the Barneveld and Mount Horeb communities, where UHH has two family medicine clinics with expanded services including OB/GYN specialists, physical therapy and occupational therapy.
“I’m excited and honored to have the opportunity to serve on this dynamic Foundation Board,” Lease said. I have tremendous respect for current board members. I look forward to working with them to further the foundation’s mission and vision to support advanced healthcare and wellness to those served by Upland Hills Health.”
The Upland Hills Health Foundation Board provides stewardship for donor advised funds and provides financial resources to support the operations of the hospital, clinics and other services provided by the organization. Board members are volunteer representatives of the communities that Upland Hills Health serves.
