Luke Schubert Named Administrator of the Year
[Dodgeville] Luke Schubert, Administrator of the Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at Upland Hills Health was recently named Administrator of the Year at the 35th Annual Wisconsin Representatives of Activity Professionals (WRAP) Conference in Stevens Points, WI.
Schubert was nominated by Toni Rochon, Activities Director at Upland Hills NRC in Dodgeville. Toni wrote, “Luke has been a great asset to our home, he exemplifies quality care and quality of life in everything he does.” She also states, “It is not just a job for him!” Luke knows each resident and has an open door policy where residents feel comfortable visiting with him about any issue they may have. He goes out of his way to make sure that they are happy with their stay.
Schubert is extremely supportive of the activity department, understanding the importance of leisure activity and pitches in where it’s needed at a variety of special events. He comes in early to help with special breakfasts and stays late for bonfires and hot dog roasts. Toni says, “I feel blessed to have Luke in my corner. He is absolutely the most awesome administrator ever!”
