Mineral Point and Dodgeville Medical Centers Become Part of Upland Hills Health

Mineral Point Medical Center and Dodgeville Medical Center will officially become Upland Hills Health Clinics as of October 1, 2018. Patients of Mineral Point and Dodgeville Medical Centers should not expect many changes, however.

Current providers who will continue to see patients at both the Mineral Point and the Dodgeville locations include Dr. Sarah Fox, Dr. Gordon Grieshaber, Dr. Gary Grunow, Matt Benish, PA, Chelsey Wallace, APNP, and Angela Sorg, APNP.

Additional providers will soon be available at the Mineral Point clinic on High Street and Dodgeville clinic on Joseph Street. Dr. Timothy Raichle, OB/GYN, will see patients in Mineral Point, and Dr. Rachel Hartline will see patients at the Dodgeville Medical Center. Dr. Karen Berger will also lend her assistance through the end of the year.

Dr. Jodi McGraw will be changing practice locations to the UHH Mount Horeb Clinic and the UHH Spring Green Clinic. She will begin seeing patients at the new UHH Barneveld Clinic when it opens in mid-November. Dr. Kent Kramer has chosen to pursue emergency medicine exclusively and will no longer see patients in clinic.

Our patients will not see any changes in billing procedures or appointment scheduling. They will see positive changes, such as extended hours at our clinics, additional providers and additional insurance plans.”

Upland Hills Health providers are able to accept most insurance plans. The most recent addition is Group Health Cooperative (GHC). Now, patients who have Group Health Cooperative health insurance will now be able to see any Upland Hills Health provider, including those at both the Mineral Point and Dodgeville clinics.
