Mineral Point Medical Center and Upland Hills Health are pleased to announce their intention to affiliate.
“The Mineral Point Medical Center has functioned as a fully independent entity for more than 35 years. The desire to provide exceptional patient care for the residents of southwest Wisconsin remains our driving force while a changing health care industry challenges independent models run by physicians only,” Andrea Kinch, Clinic Manager of MPMC stated. “MPMC is excited to announce that we are working towards an affiliation with Upland Hills Health. We feel this venture will allow for the best use of strengths, talents and resources while continuing to provide exceptional high level health care. Our providers will be able to focus their efforts on patients while utilizing the strength and foundation of UHH to navigate the changing healthcare landscape. We have worked side by side for many years and are excited for this opportunity to unify in a more formal way.”

The parties are working towards the formal affiliation to be completed in September.
