UHH Hospital Earns 5-Star Patient Experience Rating
Upland Hills Health Hospital received a 5-star patient experience rating on Medicare’s latest patient survey, the highest rating possible from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The ranking was based on patient responses to a survey that asks questions related to how well the nurse and physician communicate; if the care transitions, such as from hospital to home, are clear; and, the responsiveness of the caregivers to the needs of our patients. The top scores reflect Upland Hill Health’s commitment to ensuring our patients are in a safe, comfortable environment.

The star rating is based on survey data collected from hospital patients from October 2022 through September 2023.
