Upland Hills Health Appoints Two New Trustees

Upland Hills Health announced the appointment of Allison Stroud from Spring Green and James Meacham, SSM Health, to the Board of Trustees effective immediately.

Stroud is currently the principal of St. John the Evangelist Catholic School in Spring Green. Prior to that position, she was Human Resource Director at Epic in Verona. During her tenure at Epic, she worked with top executives to develop a vision for recruiting and retaining the nation’s best and brightest to their workforce. Stroud directly managed Epic’s recruitment, benefits and employee relations leaders. Before joining Epic, she was an elementary school teacher in education academies located in Wisconsin and Missouri.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Stroud holds a bachelor’s degree in child psychology.

As the vice president of affiliates and direct-to-employer partnerships, Meacham leads SSM Health at Work. In this role, he operates and builds onsite and near-site employer clinics in the Wisconsin region. He is also responsible for SSM Health occupational health clinics and strategic alignment with SSM Health’s affiliates.

Meacham holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

“Allison and Jim bring a wealth of experience in education, human resources and management. They each provide important and valuable perspectives as we advance our strategic priorities to meet the health care needs of our communities,” noted UHH President and CEO Lisa Schnedler.
