Upland Hills Health’s Dr. Sarah Fox Earns Prestigious Fellow Award

Upland Hills Health is proud to announce that Dr. Sarah Elizabeth Fox has been awarded the prestigious Degree of Fellow from the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). She is one of just 180 physicians nationwide who received the distinction from the AAFP this year.

The Degree of Fellow recognizes family physicians who have made significant contributions to the field through service, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. To qualify for this esteemed designation, Dr. Fox met rigorous criteria, including extensive continuing medical education and active participation in public service programs.

Dr. Fox’s achievement highlights her commitment to providing exceptional care to our community and underscores the vital role family physicians play in healthcare. She has served on a family medicine physician at Upland Hills Health for more than 15 years. Additionally, she is Vice President of the hospital’s primary care clinics.
