Upland Hills Health receives nationwide award for patient perspective
Upland Hills Health is pleased to announce that it has recently received a 2024 Performance Leadership Award for Excellence in Patient Perspective.
The Chartis Center for Rural Health recognizes the top rural hospitals across the country with annual Performance Leadership Awards. Upland Hills Health landed in the top 25 percent of hospitals with respect to patient perspective, as compiled by the Chartis INDEX assessment of rural hospital performance. The assessment measures patient reports of hospital cleanliness and quietness, staff communication and care, likelihood of recommendation, and more.
“The Performance Leadership Awards capture the commitment, diligence, and innovation with which America’s rural hospitals approach the delivery of care within their communities,” said Troy Brown, Network Consultant, The Chartis Center for Rural Health. “It’s a tremendous honor to be able to recognize the efforts of this year’s award winners and celebrate their achievement as part of National Rural Health Day.”
“This is the latest example of our commitment to patient experience at Upland Hills Health,” said CEO and President Lisa Schnedler. “We are humbled to be honored and committed to our goal to continue to provide the best care to our community.”
